Empowering Women Searching for your Authentic Self, getting past the Cinderella Complex and becoming a woman of substance. If you find that you lose yourself in your relationships with others, your partner, children, even friends; this is a workshop for you!! I will teach you the warning signs that let you know you are likely to deny yourself for someone else; and show you the steps you need to take to stop the pattern from repeating. This is an all day workshop, Saturday from 9 - 4. Date and Place TBD
Couples Intimacy Would you like to develop or strengthen the bond between you and your partner? I will teach you how to gain a deeper awareness of each other, a soul connection; using Tantra practices. You will become more attuned to yourself and each other, gaining a stronger and deeper intimacy. This is a six week, 1 1/2hr sessions workshop.
Couples Massage How would you like to help each other relax, get healthier and become closer all at the same time? That is what you will learn in a couples massage class. The class is open for one or up to four couples at one time. You will learn how to release tension in the back and leg muscles, where most of your stress is held. This is a great at home party for a group of friends or private session just for the two of you. The class is 4 1/2 hrs in length and massage oil is provided.
Guided Imagery Meditation Learn how to calm your mind and go on a mini-holiday at the same time! Perfect for someone who has never meditated, or someone who is looking for a new technique. Discover your happy place, and learn how to return when you need a break from life's daily stresses. Three 1.5hr sessions.
Mindfulness Meditation 6 week course Reconnect with your body and your surroundings. Become more aware of yourself and what is happening within you. The class is broken down into 6 1 1/2hr sessions, each one focusing on a new technique in mindfulness. Starting with Breathing and ending with Mindfulness of the mind.
Mindfulness Meditation weekly Building on the foundation of the 6 week course, we continue our journey into ourselves with weekly meditation classes held in the mornings and evenings. Classes are 1 hr in length. If you are interested in booking treatments for a private party or wellness event, I can usually accommodate your requirements.
