Holistic Health addresses the PERSON with the dis-ease, not the dis-ease the person has. It focuses on bringing people to a state of wholeness in Emotional, Mental, Physical and Spiritual levels.
What is the main Focus of Holistic Health Care?
Holistic Health care focuses most on de-stressing; as 97% of all illness is caused by some form of stress. Another main focus is prevention.
What is Meditation?
Meditation returns us to our natural state. When we meditate we connect with All That Is and leave our usual state of separation, which is inauthentic. With ongoing meditation, our everyday world becomes more harmonious, authentic, and peaceful.
What is Coaching?
There are a many definitions of Coaching. The one that I like to use and seems to sum up the work I do is; Helping someone become their best version. Being an accountability partner to someone. Asking the difficult questions so a person can see a problem or sticking point with new eyes.
