Helping someone become their best version. Being an accountability partner to someone. Asking the difficult questions so a person can see a problem or sticking point with new eyes. Helping break a task into bite-sized pieces and then celebrating with you every time you accomplish one.
What is a Holistic Health Practitioner?
A Holisitic Health Practitioner views a person as a whole being. You are not just your body. When helping someone become healthy, we look at health in mind, emotion, spirit and body. Our emotions and thoughts have a great effect on our physical health. 97% of all disease is stress related. When we find the stress, we can deal with the disease. |
