I offer a variety of treatments/experiences for my clients.  

Coaching
    Either in a one-on-one or group session, I provide guidance as well as motivation to you to help you overcome a variety of Life Trials.
Life Coach, helping you discover your best self, overcoming obstacles in your life, real or imagined so you can move forward and enjoy your life.
Wellness Coach, helping you with physical issues such as weight-loss, nutritional deficiencies, immune system boosting and many more;
Spiritual Coach, helping with you with the Natural Laws of the Universe, such as the Law of Attraction, and others.

Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key)
    Reiki means Universal Life Energy.  This is a loving, powerful modality.  The practitioner places their hands on or above the body and channels evergy in.  It boosts the body's natural ability to heal itself.  The result is that of total relaxation without being intrusive.


Chakra Assessment & Balancing
    Chakras are the seven vital energy centers of the body, from the base of the spine to the crown of the head.  They are always spinning, receiving and directing energy, and connect to the nerves and organs throughout the body.  A combination of sound, crystals, visualization and colour are used to clear blocked energy and restore balance on all levels.

Guided Imagery Meditation
    Used to balance a person's physical, emotional and mental states.  Using the power of the mind to create a positive response, to stimulate the immune system, reduce stress and manage pain responses.

Holographic Release Therapy
    This method allows the body to move into releasing whatever is limiting you so you can move into a healthy physical, mental, emotional and spiritual lifestyle.  It employs a series of dynamic, yet simple techniques to spontaneously release these limiting patterns that no longer serve you and hold you back from your personal growth and fulfillment.  The healing process takes the pain out of the memories or past experiences you have created.

Ear Candling
    A special cone made from pure bees wax and muslin is used.  The narrow end is inserted into the ear and the other end is lit to create a vacuum in the ear canal.  This will reinstate the natural balance within the ear canal so the ear can shed wax naturally.  Fantastic for sinus problems, headaches, hearing and eye problems.  Safe for kids.  More than one treatment may be necessary to attain balance.  
Drainage massage is included.

Home Cleansing/Blessings

    With the use of Sage smudge sticks and Sweet grass, these techniques rebalance the energy in the home, releasing any negative energy left by previous inhabitants.

All Services are on a per hour basis, with discounts for multiple sessions booked at one time; except for coaching, which is booked in 6 month sessions with 2 -  45 minute phone in sessions per month and unlimited email support.
